Ed is the President and Broker of Realty ONE Group Fox. He is a proven leader adept at handling complex and chaotic situations in diverse environments. As an eternal optimist with a win-win attitude, he embraces changing technologies to build speed and efficiency while valuing time-tested traditions of interpersonal communications. Ed is a combat decorated Marine Officer, certified Military Relocation Professional, and possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration concentrating in Finance. Ed’s emphasis is on organizational leadership, team building, sales management, contract negotiations, community engagement, and training development.
CARA FOX
Cara is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Realty ONE Group Fox. She began her career in real estate in 1995 and possesses vast experience in residential real estate. She listens to her agents and clients so she can fully understand their needs. She values her long-term relationships above all else and will never promote a transaction unless she is convinced that it is a good match for her client. Cara maintains integrity, honesty, and commitment to her clients. She is known for thinking beyond the usual approaches to find creative solutions to problems. In order to remain at the top of her field, Cara continually educates herself on the latest cutting-edge technology tools and marketing methods. By drawing on her degree in Social Science, she couples a passion for Real Estate with an ability to relate and understand a wide array of personalities. Cara’s ability has not only earned her a loyal and appreciative clientele but helped form strong relationships with the agent community which is essential for success in an active market. Cara’s emphasis is in Administration, Operations, and Training Development. Cara works directly with every agent to help build and support their goals and professional development.
